Terms of Service - Open Cookie

1. User Responsibility

By using Open Cookie, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all transactions initiated through the application. You must verify all transaction details (recipient, amount, etc.) in your wallet before signing and submitting them to the blockchain.

2. Irreversibility of Transactions

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone, canceled, or reversed. Open Cookie is not responsible for any funds sent to incorrect addresses or for any errors in transaction details provided or approved by the user.

3. Fees

Solana network fees apply to every transaction. Depending on program configuration, a break may also transfer a small fee in SOL to the program treasury vault. The exact amount is shown in your wallet before you sign. Open Cookie does not collect fees outside what the on-chain program defines.

4. Messages Are Not Advice

Cookie messages are short prompts for reflection or action — not financial, medical, legal, or investment advice. They are not predictions. You use them at your own discretion.

5. Development Status

Open Cookie is under active development. Features, fees, limits, and availability may change before public release. Pre-release builds are provided without guarantee of continuity or support.

6. Eligibility

By using Open Cookie, you represent that you are legally permitted to use blockchain applications and digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the application complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

7. "As Is" Basis

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of Open Cookie be liable for any loss of funds, data, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. You use the application at your own risk and discretion.
